2. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns
We offer refunds and returns for most products within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your package. To be eligible for a refund or return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (with all tags, labels, and accessories intact)
- The product is not damaged, defective, or altered in any way (unless the damage/defect occurred during shipping or was present upon delivery)
- You provide a valid order number and proof of delivery (e.g., tracking number, delivery confirmation)
- Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. We do not cover return freight charges for voluntary returns or exchanges.
Note: Customized products or personal care items (for hygiene reasons, including but not limited to ear plugs, compression socks, razors, cosmetics, and intimate apparel) are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they are defective.
3. Refund and Return Process
To initiate a refund or return, please follow these steps:
- Submit a Return Request: Contact our support team at support@besoon.us within 30 days of receiving your package. Include your order number, product name, reason for return/refund, and photos (if the product is defective or damaged).
- Receive Return Authorization: We will review your request within 1-2 business days. If approved, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions.
- Return the Product: Package the product securely (preferably in its original packaging) and ship it back to us within 7 business days of receiving the RA number. We do not accept returns without a valid RA number.
- Process Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned product (typically 3-5 business days after delivery to our warehouse), we will confirm its eligibility. We will then process your refund within 3-7 business days from the date of inspection. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
4. Refund Details
- Full Refunds: We issue full refunds (100% of the product purchase price) for eligible returns, consistent with our free shipping policy—no deductions for original shipping costs.
- No Hidden Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees, return processing fees, or additional charges for refunds. As stated in our Shipping Policy, we also cover all import duties, taxes, and customs fees for both original orders and returns—you will never be liable for these costs.
- Refund Timing: The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider (typically 3-10 business days). We will notify you via email once the refund is processed.
5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect (e.g., wrong product, wrong size), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we will:
- Send a replacement product free of charge (with free shipping, no additional costs to you), or
- Issue a full refund (including all associated costs), at your discretion.
You will not be required to return the defective, damaged, or incorrect product unless we explicitly request it (to investigate the issue). In such cases, we will provide a free return shipping label and cover all return costs.
6. Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your package is lost, stolen, or undelivered (per tracking information) within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us within 30 days of the shipping date. As outlined in our Shipping Policy, we will investigate the issue and either send a replacement package (free of charge) or issue a full refund, at your discretion—no additional action is required from you.
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they are defective or damaged:
- Customized or personalized products
- Personal care items that have been opened or used (for hygiene reasons)
- Products that have been damaged, altered, or used beyond normal inspection
- Perishable goods or items with expiration dates
8. Order Cancellations
